The role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Development Representative to join our EMEA team. This is a full-cycle inside sales role. You will own the commercial process from qualifying inbound and outbound leads, researching and developing opportunities, and making cold calls through to running sales conversations, negotiating, closing, and ensuring the deal is accurately processed in Rescale’s internal systems. You will focus on commercial and corporate customers across Northern Europe. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who wants to build a strong foundation, take meaningful ownership, and grow within our team.

What you will do

Qualify inbound leads and develop outbound opportunities through research, prospecting, email, social selling, and cold calling. Manage the full sales cycle for commercial and corporate accounts, from first conversation through qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close. Build and execute a territory plan for Northern Europe. Sell Rescale’s technology to engineers, IT specialists, R&D leaders, and senior business stakeholders. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions. Develop new customer relationships while expanding revenue within existing accounts. Work with partners and internal teams including Marketing, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations. Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and forecast information in Rescale’s internal systems, and own accurate forecasting.

Key qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales, account development, business development, or full-cycle sales, preferably selling complex technical products or services. Experience qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting and cold calling, developing opportunities, and closing business. A background in engineering, computer science, R&D, or technology is helpful but not required. Comfortable working with Salesforce or a similar CRM. Strong discovery, communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Fluency in Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish is a strong advantage. Based in Northern Europe and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the region.
