Posture & mobility (Body&mind) In this class, you will perform movements that especially promote the wellbeing of the neck–shoulder area and the back. The exercises help you understand how your body works and help prevent musculoskeletal symptoms. The movements strengthen important stabilizing muscles and support achieving muscular balance.
