Bazeta rankings are editorial and automatic. They are computed from reviews left by members — no one can pay to be listed higher.

We use a weighted (Bayesian) average: each business starts with 5 “virtual” reviews at the platform average, so a single 5-star review does not beat a 4.8 from 40 customers.
Only published reviews count; reviews hidden by moderation or removed by their authors are excluded.
Ties are broken by the number of reviews. Verified businesses are marked, but the badge does not change the score.
Rankings refresh continuously as new reviews arrive.
