Bazeta (bazeta.com) — Posting Rules. Version 1.0.

These rules apply to every listing, business page, dating profile, review, message and EXPO booth on Bazeta. They form part of our Terms of Service. Content that breaks these rules may be declined, edited, hidden or removed, and repeated or serious breaches lead to account suspension. Some rules depend on the country where a listing is published — the Service shows a notice in the posting form when a category is restricted, requires a licence or is unavailable in your country.

1. General rules for every listing

One listing = one item. Post one specific item, property, vehicle, job, service, event or profile per listing. Catalogues, "many items available" lists and multiple unrelated items in one listing are not allowed, except in the Wholesale category and on Business pages.

No duplicates. Do not post the same item more than once, in several cities or categories, or re-post it while an active listing exists. Use "Bump" or a boost instead.

Correct category and city. Choose the most specific category and the city where the item, property or service actually is. Remote jobs and online services may choose "remote".

Truthful and complete. Title, description, price, condition, photos and attributes must be accurate and current. The price must be the real total price (excluding only shipping and taxes you clearly state). "Price 1" or "0" to appear in cheap sorting is not allowed — use "Negotiable" or "On request" instead.

Your own photos. Use photos of the actual item. Stock photos, screenshots of other listings, photos with other websites' watermarks, and photos containing phone numbers, emails, QR codes or website addresses are not allowed. Photos must not show faces of third parties, licence plates or documents without consent.

Language and tone. Write in any language supported by the Service. No profanity, hate speech, threats or personal attacks. Titles must not be written in ALL CAPS or stuffed with keywords, symbols or repeated words.

Contact details belong in the contact fields, not in the title or photos. New accounts may not include links, phone numbers or email addresses in the description during their first 7 days.

Only what you may sell. You must be the owner or authorised to offer the item or service. Items that are lost, stolen, subject to a court order or retention of title cannot be listed.

No redirect listings. Listings whose main purpose is to send users to another website, app, Telegram channel or marketplace, to collect leads for unrelated offers, or to advertise a business without a concrete offer are not allowed. Use the Advertising service instead.

Respect other users' data. Do not publish names, addresses, phone numbers, photos or documents of other people without their consent. Do not post content that could identify or endanger anyone.

2. Examples: alcohol, tobacco and vapes cannot be sold online in many countries; dating is not available in some countries; medicines and pet sales are licence-only in several countries; real-estate ads require permit numbers in some markets. The posting form shows the applicable notice; the policy for your country is also summarised in the Help centre.

5.
