Questions & answers
Is posting really free?
Yes. Posting, chatting, favorites and alerts are free for everyone. Paid options only add visibility (boosts, ticker cards, map pins, advertising) or unlock company tools (Business plan, EXPO booths).
How do I pay?
By card through Polar, our merchant of record. In the mobile apps you pay through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase is applied automatically within seconds of the payment confirmation.
Do boosts guarantee a sale?
No. A boost changes where and how your listing is shown — it does not change buyers. Write a clear title, add photos and a fair price; boosts multiply the attention that a good listing gets.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time from your billing page or from the Polar customer portal. Your benefits stay active until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
What if my ad creative is rejected?
Creatives are reviewed within 24 hours after payment. If a creative breaks the rules you can replace it; if a placement cannot run at all, the payment is refunded in full.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are listed in US dollars. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate; the approximate local amount shown on this page is for orientation only.
Do you issue invoices?
Polar e-mails a tax invoice for every payment. Each order also has a receipt page in your account.
Is my ranking on 'Top rated' pages for sale?
No. Top-rated pages are computed from reviews only. Advertising and boosts are always labelled as such and never affect ratings on Bazeta.
