About Zip
Zip is the AI platform for enterprise procurement — built for humans and agents working together. By orchestrating procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers with the help of AI agents, companies can secure the resources they need to innovate faster than ever before.
The world’s most influential enterprises trust Zip, including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more. Together they’ve saved over $8 billion and processed over $500 billion in spend. Zip’s team includes product leaders from Apple, Airbnb, and Meta, as well as former procurement leaders from United Health, Sanofi, MGM Resorts, Discover, and NASA.
Backed by Adams Street, Alkeon, BOND, CRV, DST, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator, Zip has raised $371 million, most recently at a $2.2 billion valuation and has been recognized by Forbes Fintech 50, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, Inc. Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups.
Your Role
We’re looking a Solutions Manager with Finance / Procurement System experience (SAP) to lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of our product. We’re also looking for someone who is excited to be hands on and influence our product roadmap.
As every business needs our type of product, you’ll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks.
You Will
• Lead project teams onboarding new customers, with a heavy emphasis on project / stakeholder management and understanding client requirements
• Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new customers -- roll up your sleeves and build out the customer’s processes from scratch
• Proactive project management across many customers, to manage requirements and tasks across onboardings
• Lead, mentor and train training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from Zip
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests we should and shouldn’t support, and set expectations with customers
• Do whatever it takes to make customers happy + successfully onboard them as quickly as possible
• Continuously improve the post-sales processes to help our customers accelerate the time to value
Qualifications
• 8-10 years of experience implementing or administering a finance / procurement tool
• Prior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP (SAP S/4HANA: procurement and AP, SAP Ariba Buying / Invoicing)
• Germany fluency required
• Fantastic communication and documentation skills
• Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
• Very strong data management skills, specifically with handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel
• You’re able to push back and still make people happy
• Very comfortable with software configuration (not necessarily technical skills, which would be a plus)
We're looking to hire Zipsters and that means hiring people who take ownership, communicate openly, have an underdog mindset, and are excited to increase the pace of innovation for every business in the world. We encourage all candidates to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match up to our job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workspace where everyone (regardless of age, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and more) feels like they belong. We look forward to hearing from you!
