Senior Project Manager, Technical Services

The Senior Project Manager, Technical Services is responsible for orchestrating Duetto's most complex global implementations and migrations, acting as central project owner and trusted advisor to mid-sized-to-enterprise and highly complex customers. This role serves as a strategic bridge across time zones, managing overlapping multi-property engagements while absorbing planning and decision-making that current cross-region coverage cannot sustain. The role carries no direct reports but is formally accountable for developing project management capabilities across the regional teams.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from global chains to independent boutique hotels, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI — and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

• Orchestrate strategic project delivery across overlapping, multi-property implementation and migration engagements — including delivery-date sequencing, workload smoothing, and portfolio-level planning across concurrent projects.

• Direct end-to-end deployment of enterprise and highly complex customer projects from kickoff through go-live.

• Establish and maintain client relationships, navigating difficult conversations with senior client leadership as needed.

• Anticipate, document, and escalate project risks to ensure timely mitigation.

• Standardize workflows and best practices to support consistent, scalable delivery.

• Architect cross-timezone coverage strategy, absorbing strategic planning and decision-making that current regional coverage cannot sustain.

• Mentor and develop project management capability across the regional teams, building structured upskilling toward more strategic project ownership.

• Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have the following:

• 6-8 years Project management experience, ideally delivering revenue management or adjacent platform implementations, like PMS or CRS.

• Hands-on revenue management experience — you understand RM as both art and science, and how it drives real business decisions, not just as a concept you've read about

• Strong fluency with a project management platform ( monday.com preferred) and the ability to make it work at scale for large, complex multi-stakeholder customer projects

• An AI-forward working style — you already look for ways to use AI to move projects faster as a force multiplier and apply human judgment to validate outputs, maintain data integrity, and take full ownership of any AI-assisted work product.

• Demonstrated experience owning executive-level, sometimes difficult, conversations with client stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to work independently across overlapping time zones, with schedule flexibility to overlap US West Coast working hours

• French and/or Spanish fluency is a plus

Why Duetto?

• We're an AI-forward company across every function, not just engineering — you'll be equipped and encouraged to use cutting-edge AI tools to do your best work, and to help shape how the wider team uses them too

• Real growth trajectory: this role is built to deepen in strategic scope over time, not just in title

• A team that builds partnerships — with customers, and with each other — and shows up for one another to get the job done

• A genuinely global, come-as-you-are culture that takes hospitality, and having fun while delivering it, seriously

The Details

• Location: Remote, EMEA-based

• Work model: Remote

• Availability: Schedule flexibility to overlap US Pacific Time hours required

• Reports to: VP, Projects

Duetto is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Sound like you?

If this sounds like the kind of work that gets you excited, we'd love to hear from you — even if you don't tick every single box above. We'd rather meet a great potential fit than miss one over a checklist.
