This role is pivotal in ensuring both leaders are effective, focused, and operating at their highest capacity. You will serve as a trusted partner—anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and enabling seamless coordination across teams.
What you will do:
• Executive Support
• Support local leadership through complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritisation, balancing internal and external commitments across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international engagements, with a focus on APAC region support.
• Prepare materials, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, offsites, customer engagements, and key business events.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow across Sales, Revenue, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables, ensuring leaders are prepared and aligned on priorities.
• Draft, review, and edit executive communications, presentations, reports, and other business materials.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and external contacts.
Confidentiality & Judgment
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Exercise sound judgment when prioritising competing requests, managing escalations, and navigating fast-paced business environments.
About you:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably across sales, product, or marketing functions.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished executive presence.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com).
• High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in high-growth tech or global start-up organisations is a plus.
