We deliver mission-critical solutions, technical support, and seamless end-to-end execution.
Role overview
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Generalist to join our team on a dedicated, long-term contract basis (40 hours per week).
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, lead performance management cycles, maintain our HRIS data integrity, standardize operational documentation, and drive full-cycle recruitment when hiring needs arise.

Full alignment with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours is required.
Key responsibilities
Core HR operations & administration:
– Manage and maintain accurate employee and contractor records across our HRIS and internal platforms.
– Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows, documentation, credential management, and orientations.
– Author, standardize, and update HR documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), team handbooks, and process templates.
– Serve as the primary, dependable point of contact for team inquiries regarding company guidelines, leave tracking, and operational policies.
Performance management & team operations:
– Facilitate hands-on execution of quarterly performance reviews, check-ins, and objective tracking cycles.
– Monitor goal alignment across departments to ensure milestones and reviews are completed on time.
– Support team engagement initiatives, internal company announcements, and feedback loops.
Full-cycle recruitment:
– Source, screen, and interview candidates across global platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
– Partner closely with leadership to draft crisp job descriptions, build structured scorecards, and run efficient interview pipelines.
– Keep applicant tracking updated with timely correspondence and strong candidate care.
Requirements
– 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience handling both core People operations and full-cycle talent acquisition.
– Direct hands-on experience running performance evaluation cycles and administering modern HR platforms (e.g., Deel, BambooHR, Gusto, 15Five, or similar).
– Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring global remote contractors or US-based professionals.
– Uncompromising reliability with full availability to work 40 hours per week during US Eastern Time (ET).
– Flawless written and verbal English communication skills.
– High autonomy, strong process-documentation skills, and strict discretion handling confidential personnel data.
Compensation & engagement
– Long-term, stable contractor role.
– $12.00 to $15.00 USD per hour, paid monthly.
