መግለጺ
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one’s overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
About the Role
As an AI Engineer at Rula, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-assisted therapy by designing, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions that directly impact patient care. This role is highly cross-functional—you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Product, Data Engineering,, and Application Engineering, to integrate cutting-edge AI into our platform in ways that are ethical, reliable, and impactful.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of GenAI solutions: from prototyping and building scalable data pipelines, to developing and testing and ensuring the solutions meet Rula’s high quality standard, to deploying production-ready GenAI solutions and monitoring their performance. Success in this role means balancing innovation with operational excellence—experimenting with new approaches while ensuring deployed solutions are robust, cost-effective, and compliant with privacy and regulatory standards in mental health.
Initially, you’ll jump into the role building early prototypes that work towards delivering AI features into production. Over time, you’ll expand the impact of AI across the organization by creating reusable frameworks, optimizing performance, and identifying new opportunities to enhance both our platform and patient outcomes.
This is an opportunity to lead the way in bringing next-generation AI capabilities to mental health care—transforming therapy experiences for providers and patients alike.

• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines
• Strong and effective communicator
