Opis
Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealth
We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love. Fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity is the key to our success. Тoday, we serve over 6 million clients, with more than €38 billion in assets under management — a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.
The role
You will take each search from the initial brief to an accepted offer: learning the function well enough to question the brief, identifying the relevant market, sourcing directly, assessing candidates, and keeping decisions moving. You will change the approach when the evidence shows that a search is off track.
What you’ll do
• Full-cycle hiring across backend, frontend, and DevOps
• Direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for the hardest roles
• Assessing candidate relevance, securing timely decisions, and leading offer conversations through acceptance
• Presenting hiring managers with clear evidence when the profile, search strategy, or interview process needs to change
What you need to have
• A progression from agency or hands-on sourcing into in-house technical recruiting with clear ownership
• Searches where you personally built the pipeline, qualified candidates, managed the stakeholders, and closed the hire
• Enough technical depth to explain how your current or previous company builds and ships software
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and a clear account of which actions changed them
• A record of recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers
What we offer:
• Challenges that will help you grow and realize your potential fast
• Opportunity to make a significant impact —you will build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth
• Work with smart, spirited, helpful, high-performing colleagues with a common goal
• An environment where nothing is set in stone
• Appreciation for your talent and ideas
• Generous remuneration package
Bring your ambition to Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker!
