About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The opportunity: Real-World Data Associate
As a Real-World Data Associate at myTomorrows, you will support the design and execution of real-world data collection within Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies. Working closely with the Real-World Data team, you will help keep communication with clients, physicians and site staff running smoothly, carry out data validation and quality-control tasks, and contribute to the documentation that supports consistent, high-quality RWD delivery. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in real-world data within a purpose-driven, fast-growing company.
Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance to our office in Amsterdam.
What you’ll do in this role:
• Support the design and day-to-day execution of RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs and other non-interventional studies.
• Assist in maintaining communication with clients, physicians and site staff about data collection and data management.
• Help monitor RWD collection and completion, flagging data discrepancies or missing data for follow-up.
• Perform basic data validation, cleaning and quality-control tasks in electronic data capture systems.
• Follow relevant regulatory requirements, internal procedures and ICH-GCP principles in all RWD study activities.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of SOPs, templates and study documentation for RWD projects.
• Share observations and ideas that could improve data collection, workflows and supporting tools.
• Work under the guidance of more senior team members, collaborating closely with colleagues across the team and other relevant functions.
What you bring to the table:
• A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, biomedical sciences or another relevant scientific field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Data Management or Clinical Research (e.g. an internship, traineeship or first role).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Familiarity with, or a strong interest in learning, electronic data capture systems and structured clinical or real-world data.
• A basic understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, or the motivation to develop it quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Close attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
What Success looks like in the first 6 months:
• Data completion and quality metrics for your assigned programs are consistently on target.
• You’re contributing ideas and improvements to RWD processes and documentation, helping to raise the bar for data excellence at myTomorrows.
• You’re recognized as a reliable partner by both internal teams and external collaborators, someone who ensures the integrity of real-world data to advance patient access
What we offer:
• Serve a purposeful mission: helping patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.
• International work environment, scale-up energy and a flat organization.
• Competitive salary, annual performance bonus and equity.
• Great career-development opportunities in a growing company.
• Learning and development budget, alongside internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Attractive pension plan, with the full premium covered by us.
• Hybrid work model (2 days in office).
• Policies to support working parents.
• Healthy lunch at the office.
• Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp.
• An additional holiday for Liberation Day on 5 May.
