Engineering at Puls-Lagebild
Puls-Lagebild is a Start-Up, which develops leadership-support software for government adjacent institutions. The company is looking for a person to take up the role of technical lead. Spearheading development and making critical architectural decisions. You will be working closely with the founders team and be involved in the whole startup process. As we are a Start Up, we are not looking to hire someone full time, but are ideally looking for a student, who would like to commit to this next to his studies.
Your responsibilities
• Lead technical decision-making and architecture
• Coordinate development
• Write and review code to maintain delivery standards
• Align technical execution with project timelines
What you bring
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or software engineering
• Proficiency in modern software development and system architecture
• Ability to guide projects independently in a remote environment
Your first months at Puls-Lagebild
You will have aligned with the team on current technical priorities, taken ownership of ongoing development cycles, and established a steady cadence for technical reviews and architectural decisions.
Perks and benefits
Company stock options provide a direct stake in the growth of Puls-Lagebild. Home office, flexible working hours, and remote work support a schedule tailored to your 18-hour weekly commitment alongside 4 vacation days per year.
