About SE3 - Technical Site Manager
SE3 Labs is building Spatial AI by combining 3D computer vision with large language models (LLMs). We believe the ability to reason about and act within physical space is foundational to unlocking the next generation of automation, from construction to smart infrastructure, and ultimately, defense.
Now, we’re building the physical platform to bring Spatial AI to life. That means high-performance, real-world robotic systems (starting with UAVs) and we’re looking for a hands-on workplace manager who’s ready to own hands-on operations at SE3.

You are in charge of building the execution functions with the leadership around the company.
You will work closely with Michael (Chief of Staff) & Lukas Höffner (Hardware Lead) , gaining insight into how a deep-tech company operates from the inside.

• Unbounded responsibilities : If you see critical things not happening, you take additional responsibility and make sure nothing falls under the table.
What You Bring
• Must have: Native German and strong conversational English .
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of solving problems.
• A hands-on execution mindset: you enjoy getting things done and keeping core processes running.
• Proactiveness and ownership : you see what needs to be done and drive it end-to-end without being asked twice.
• A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment.
Perks & Benefits
• Make your passion your job: If you love drones, you will relish this role
• AI-boosted workplace: We empower every employee with best-in-class AI tools and agents, giving you unlimited access to the latest advancements and a true productivity edge

• Team Offsites: We go on 2 company retreats per year, our last ones were in Italy, Greece and Spain
• Mentorship: Work closely with experienced engineers and get paired with a professional mentor to support your growth
Process
• Intro Call - virtual, 30 minutes with Eugene, Head of Talent
• 2nd Interview - virtual, 30 minutes with Michael, Chief of Staff
• Onsite visit : Here, we will go through some responsibilities together as we want to understand how you approach them
• Dinner/lunch (in person) : We would love to get to know you in person and tell you about how we work at SE3.
