We connect customers with independent, background-checked cleaning professionals through a modern technology platform that simplifies booking, pricing, and communication.
Why Join Homeaglow ?
A True Startup Environment
Join a high-growth, entrepreneurial company where speed, ownership, and impact define the culture.
Sustained, Profitable Growth
Double-digit year-over-year growth at a nine-figure revenue scale, while serving less than 0.5% of U.S. households — with significant runway ahead.
Strong Unit Economics
Disciplined focus on LTV/CAC and long-term value creation drives sustainable expansion.
Bootstrapped & Focused
No liquidation preferences. No distracting investor pressure. Just stable priorities and long-term thinking.
Real Economic Impact
Over 100,000 cleaning professionals have earned $250M+ through our platform. Average earnings are ~50% higher than traditional hotel housekeeping roles.
Vertical Expansion Strategy
Significant opportunity to expand into adjacent services and deepen customer relationships.
Building a World-Class Team
Be part of a professional, high-caliber team scaling a category-defining platform
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product team and deliver the insights that shape Homeaglow ’s customer and cleaner experience.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to independently run analyses, design and measure experiments, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. You’ll work side by side with product managers, marketers, and operators to ensure we’re building and scaling the right things.
What You’ll Do
• Solve data mysteries. Deep-dive on why metrics change and tell the story of what happened
• Design and measure experiments. Partner with product managers to set up A/B tests with proper baselines and runtimes, then analyze outcomes to inform decisions.
• Query data accurately. Use SQL to pull from complex datasets and ensure findings are precise and reproducible.
• Visualize results. Build clear, compelling dashboards and charts that communicate what matters.
• Pull insights from data. Move beyond reporting to say what the numbers mean for our product, marketplace, and business.
• Write and share findings. Communicate results in a remote-first, asynchronous environment so stakeholders can make data-driven decisionss
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in a product, growth, or marketplace analytics role at a technology company.
• Proficient SQL skills and ability to work independently with data.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and measurement.
• Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical business recommendations.
• Clear, effective communication skills
• A collaborative and curious mindset—someone who wants to learn the business, not just the numbers.
• Prior experience in consulting or a similarly business-focused role is a strong plus.
Perks and Benefits
• Health insurance fully covered by the company.
• Parental leave
• Flexible / unlimited PTO policy.
• Cleaning membership perk – Free Homeaglow membership with complimentary cleanings. Enjoy up to 2x cleanings a month, capped at $200 USD per cleaning.
Equal Opportunity Employer
Homeaglow is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees.
Accommodations
We are happy to provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities throughout our hiring process. Please let us know if you require any adjustments.
Pay Transparency
Compensation ranges are available upon request. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
