About the job
Microblink is looking for a Technical Writer to join its team and help shape how users and developers understand its products. You will create clear, accurate documentation for a wide range of audiences, from end users to developers integrating Microblink SDKs and APIs, and you will work closely with product managers and engineers across multiple countries and time zones.
What you will do
• Write and maintain documentation for Microblink products, including end user guides, integration guides, and API references.
• Work with developers and product managers to understand new features and translate them into clear content.
• Test SDKs and APIs to verify documentation accuracy.
• Improve documentation structure, navigation, and consistency across products.
• Own large parts of the documentation set and drive improvements based on feedback.
What we are looking for
• Experience as a technical writer for software products, ideally with SDKs or APIs.
• Strong written English and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Familiarity with Markdown, MDX, or similar documentation tools.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to content.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and time zones.
