FREE DANCE CLASS FOR YOUTH Registration for the class begins on August 17 at 9:00. We meet weekly on Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Typical breakdance moves include, for example, toprock, uprock, footwork (sixstep, threestep, babyswipe, etc.), freezes (baby freeze, rocksteady/chair freeze, hollowback, scorpion, west coast freeze), and power moves (flare, windmills, headspins, 99’s, turtle, cricket, swipes, etc.). All kinds of acrobatics should be integrated into the above-mentioned movements. In this energetic dance class, the joy of dancing together combines with dynamic street dance styles. The instructors are skilled young dancers with whom everyone gets the chance to learn new things and, if they wish, also perform together as a group! Photo: Caroliina
