Bazeta (bazeta.com) — Marketplace & Shops Terms. Version 1.0, effective 2026-09-05.
These Marketplace & Shops Terms ("Marketplace Terms") supplement the Terms of Service and apply to everyone who opens a shop ("Seller") or buys products from a shop ("Buyer") through the marketplace feature of Bazeta (the "Marketplace").
1. What the Marketplace is
1.1. The Marketplace lets Sellers present products with prices, variants, stock, shipping methods and policies, and lets Buyers place orders, track them, communicate with the Seller and leave reviews.
1.2. Bazeta is a venue, not a party. Each purchase is a contract between the Buyer and the Seller. Bazeta does not own, sell, store, ship or inspect products and does not collect the purchase price in the current version of the Marketplace.
2. Sellers
2.1. Any user with a Bazeta account may open a shop. Sellers who act in the course of a trade, business or profession ("Business Sellers") must identify themselves as such in the shop settings and provide the information required by the consumer law of their country (legal name, address, contact details, registration number where applicable).
2.2. You may list only products that you are legally entitled to sell and that comply with the Posting Rules and the law of your country and of the Buyer's country. Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, recalled or unsafe products, and products requiring a licence you do not hold, are forbidden.
2.3. Product descriptions, photos, prices (including taxes where required), stock, variants, shipping methods, delivery times, return and warranty policies must be accurate and kept up to date. The price shown at the time of the order is binding for that order.
2.4. You must process orders as published: confirm within a reasonable time, ship within the stated period with tracking where available, and respond to Buyers' messages. Orders you cannot fulfil must be cancelled promptly with a reason.
2.5. Payment methods offered to Buyers (cash on delivery, card on delivery, your own payment link) are your responsibility. Bazeta does not provide payment processing, escrow or guarantees between Buyers and Sellers in the current version.
2.6. Plans and fees. The free plan allows a limited number of active products; paid plans (Shop, Shop Plus) add capacity, feed import, statistics and priority placement and are billed through checkout as digital subscriptions under the Refund Policy. No commission is charged on sales in the current version.
2.7. Products mirrored into the classifieds are subject to the same rules as listings.
3. Buyers
3.1. Orders may be placed by registered users or by guests providing a valid e-mail address and phone number. Placing an order is a binding offer to buy at the displayed price; the contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
3.2. You pay the Seller directly by the method chosen at checkout. Check the Seller's identity, policies and reviews before ordering; never pay outside the methods displayed on the order page.
3.3. Return and cancellation rights depend on the Seller's published policy and the consumer law applicable to the Seller and to you.
3.4. Problems (wrong, damaged or missing items, no delivery, misrepresentation) must first be raised with the Seller through the order chat. If no solution is found, you may open a dispute from the order page; Bazeta reviews the case, may suspend the Seller and helps both sides reach a resolution but does not itself refund the price.
3.5. Reviews must be honest and based on a real order. Abusive or fake reviews are removed.
4. Intellectual property and content
4.1. Sellers grant Bazeta a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and promote their shop content (names, photos, descriptions) on the platform and in feeds, sitemaps, social previews and articles for as long as the shop exists.
4.2. Sellers warrant that they hold all rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Bazeta removes infringing content upon a substantiated notice to [email protected].
5. Suspension and termination
5.1. Bazeta may hide products, suspend or close a shop, or restrict a Buyer for violations of these Marketplace Terms, the Terms of Service, the Posting Rules or the law, for repeated disputes, fraud, non-delivery or non-payment. Open orders must still be fulfilled or refunded by the Seller.
5.2. Sellers may close their shop at any time; pending orders must be completed or cancelled first.
6. Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazeta is not liable for products sold on the Marketplace, their conformity, safety or legality, for shipping, delays or losses, or for payments made between Buyers and Sellers. Claims must be addressed to the Seller (or Buyer).
6.2. Nothing in these Marketplace Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Data
7.1. Order data (products, prices, address, phone, e-mail, messages, ratings) is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Sellers receive Buyers' contact and delivery data solely to fulfil the order and must not use it for marketing or share it.
8. Changes and contact
8.1. The current version of these Marketplace Terms is published at https://bazeta.com/vec/legal/marketplace_terms with its effective date. Material changes are announced in the shop console or by e-mail.
