Outlook.com / Microsoft 365

Best for: Microsoft users and teams already using Outlook and Excel for daily workflows

Pros:
+ Paid mailboxes increased to 100 GB in July 2026
+ Strong integration with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Excel, and Windows
+ Focused Inbox and rules help manage high-volume mailboxes
+ Separate 15 GB mailbox storage from 5 GB Microsoft cloud storage on free plan

Cons:
- Pricing page pushes Copilot plans before cheaper options, obscuring base costs
- Standard provider encryption; enterprise options vary by tier
- Separate mailbox and cloud-storage quotas can both affect mail delivery
