Google Fitbit Air

Best for: Minimalists preferring a lightweight, screenless tracker with optional premium analytics

Pros:
+ Lightweight 12g design with recycled plastic case and Bluetooth connectivity
+ Water resistance up to 50 meters supports swimming without a protective case
+ Optional Google Health Premium subscription ($99.99/year) allows users to skip fees if basic metrics suffice

Cons:
- Battery lasts up to 7 days, requiring frequent charging compared to Whoop's 14-day lifespan
- No built-in GPS means location tracking relies entirely on smartphone connectivity
