Bazeta (bazeta.com) — Taxi Service Terms. Version 1.0, effective 2026-09-05.

These Taxi Service Terms ("Taxi Terms") supplement the Terms of Service and apply to everyone who requests a ride ("Rider") or provides rides ("Driver") through the taxi feature of Bazeta (the "Service"). In case of conflict, these Taxi Terms prevail for the taxi feature.

1. What the Service is

1.1. Bazeta operates a technology platform that transmits ride requests from Riders to independent Drivers who are online nearby, calculates estimated fares from published tariffs, and provides tracking, chat, ratings and records of rides.

1.2. Bazeta is not a transportation provider. Drivers are independent contractors who use their own vehicles and are solely responsible for the transportation service, its safety, legality and quality. A ride is a contract between the Rider and the Driver.

1.3. The Service may be unavailable, limited or subject to additional notices in countries or cities where private-hire transport is regulated. Drivers are responsible for holding every licence, permit, insurance and registration required by local law.

2. Riders

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a Bazeta account and provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations and a working phone number.

2.2. You agree to pay the Driver the final fare shown on the ride page by the payment method you selected (cash or card on delivery via the Driver's terminal). Bazeta does not collect the fare on behalf of Drivers in the current version of the Service.

2.3. The fare estimate is based on the planned route and the tariff of the city (base fare, price per kilometre, price per minute, minimum fare, class multiplier and any surge factor shown before you order). The final fare is calculated from the actual distance and duration and may differ from the estimate. Tolls, parking and waiting time beyond the free allowance may be added as shown in the tariff.

2.4. You may cancel free of charge within two minutes of ordering or before the Driver has started driving towards you; later cancellations may incur the cancellation fee stated in the tariff. Repeated abusive cancellations may lead to suspension.

2.5. You must behave lawfully and respectfully, wear seat belts, not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle and not carry prohibited items. Drivers may refuse or end a ride for safety reasons.

3. Drivers

3.1. To offer rides you must register in the Work section, upload the requested documents (identity document, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance and any local permit) and be approved by Bazeta. You must keep documents valid and notify us of changes.

3.2. You confirm that you are legally entitled to provide passenger transport in your area, that your vehicle is roadworthy, insured for commercial passenger transport where required, and that you hold all necessary licences. You bear all taxes, social contributions and fees arising from your activity.

3.3. When online, your location is shared with Bazeta to match you with requests and shown to the Rider during a ride. Location history is retained for seven days for dispute resolution.

3.4. You may accept or decline offers freely. Once accepted, you must complete the ride at the fare shown, follow a reasonable route and treat Riders with respect. You may cancel only for a legitimate reason (Rider unreachable, safety, vehicle failure).

3.5. Service fee. For every completed ride Bazeta charges a service fee expressed as a percentage of the fare in the applicable tariff. Because the Rider pays you directly, the fee is recorded as a negative entry on your Bazeta balance. When your balance falls below the limit shown on your dashboard you cannot go online until you top up through a prepaid package. Prepaid packages are non-refundable except as required by law. Optional subscriptions (Driver Pro) reduce the fee percentage and grant priority in dispatch for their term.

3.6. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Taxi Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship with Bazeta.

4. Ratings, reports and suspension

4.1. Riders and Drivers may rate each other after a ride. Ratings are public in aggregated form and influence dispatch priority.

4.2. Bazeta may suspend or terminate access to the Service for safety incidents, fraud, repeated low ratings, invalid documents, abusive cancellations or violations of these Taxi Terms, the Terms of Service or the law.

5. Safety and emergencies

5.1. The Service provides a share-trip link, an SOS button that displays the emergency number of the country (911) and in-app chat. These tools do not replace the emergency services; in danger, call the emergency number first.

5.2. Report incidents from the ride page as soon as possible. Bazeta cooperates with law-enforcement requests as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bazeta is not liable for the acts or omissions of Drivers or Riders, for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of or damage to property, or for the quality of the transportation service. Claims arising from a ride must be addressed to the Driver (or Rider) and their insurer.

6.2. Nothing in these Taxi Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

7. Data

7.1. Ride data (locations, route, times, fare, ratings, chat) is processed as described in the Privacy Policy to provide the Service, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

8. Changes and contact

8.1. We may update these Taxi Terms; the current version is always published at https://bazeta.com/tr/legal/taxi_terms with its effective date. Material changes are announced on the taxi page or by e-mail.

8.2. Questions: [email protected].
