Salesforce Architect

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.

• Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business success.

• Provide expert guidance, training, and support to end-users, empowering them to maximize the value of Salesforce.

Requirements

• Extensive Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM implementation experience, with a proven track record of success.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others, with hands-on experience in at least two large-scale, full life-cycle implementations.

• Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and the ability to architect solutions that align with business goals.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with a structured approach.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
