Fellow

Best for: Mid-sized and enterprise teams requiring strict compliance and deep CRM integration

Pros:
+ Ask Fellow AI Agent drafts follow-up emails and suggests CRM fields automatically
+ Supports SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, and GLBA compliance standards
+ Offers dual recording modes including enterprise-governed botless desktop capture
+ Integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Notion, Linear, Slack, and Zapier

Cons:
- Pricing is not explicitly fixed, relying on a 'team-accessible' model rather than transparent tiered rates
- Focus on enterprise compliance may introduce unnecessary complexity for solo users compared to lighter tools
