What we’re all about.
We find, when we come together in the pursuit of excellence, great things happen. And that’s how we do things at Quantexa – together. Our business is data, but our culture is collective. We’re about growth – but not just the bottom line. We create a culture where people feel empowered to do their best work. We might work across continents and time zones, but that doesn’t stop us from collaborating. We’re connected. We celebrate our successes together, and we unite to tackle the challenges.
At Q, we’re looking for people who share that vision. People like you.
The Opportunity
Our part-time Leadership Personal Assistant (PA) to our Executive Committee will be a central point in enabling our Senior Leaders to focus on creating the biggest impact for our clients, our colleagues and our business strategy. This is for a fixed period of 6 months, role, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and you’ll be office based on all three days.
You’re a brilliant communicator, in writing and in person, with laser-focused attention to detail and a curious, intuitive, agile and practical approach to a busy, varied senior team. You’re a connector, seamlessly making things happen across Quantexa. What makes you Q will help you flourish and enjoy what you do, while being recognized and rewarded with our broad range of benefits.
Our 8 Senior Leaders head up our functions, and our CEO works with his own dedicated PA. You’ll start by supporting 4 of the Senior Leaders, working alongside our current PA. From January, you’ll provide maternity cover, looking after all 8 Senior Leaders until our PA returns from maternity leave in May. Support will be tailored to each leader, from regular day-to-day help to occasional, ad hoc requests.
Our Senior Leaders are used to being self-sufficient, so many of your duties will be cross-functional or project-focused. As you support them, we’ll support you. You’ll report to our Chief Operations Officer, who’ll help you juggle priorities and focus your time on the things that add the most value.
The Senior Leaders are appreciative, hardworking and will value the contribution you bring to making their lives easier. We’re growing fast, and you’ll be an integral part of our journey, with the chance to push the boundaries of what’s possible and make a difference to a lot of people.
What you’ll be doing
• Acting as the point of contact between our Senior Leaders and internal/external clients, distributing correspondence in an efficient and mindful manner.
• Creating, drafting and formatting communications for diverse audiences and formats, such as PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Planning and coordinating off-sites, meetings and small team events for Senior Leaders and their teams.
• Planning, coordinating and running annual Board offsite meetings.
• Attending meetings, taking minutes, delegating actions and managing progress.
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking travel.
• Handling the inevitable last-minute juggling that comes with supporting a team of busy, dedicated senior people.
Requirements
What you’ll bring.
• Organized and proactive: you juggle multiple projects at once without dropping any balls, take responsibility and create opportunity.
• Always one step ahead: you embrace change, instinctively know what needs to get done, then make it happen.
• Excellent communication: you write and speak well for diverse audiences, and you’re creative and detail-focused in getting the message across.
• Teamwork, one of our core values: you’re a people person who builds strong relationships with colleagues, investors, the board and clients.
• Customer-focused: you thrive on delivering a great service and making life easier for those you support.
• Resilient, tenacious and a pleasure to work with, making Q fun wherever you are.
Our mission.
We have one mission. To help businesses grow. To make data easier. And to make the world a better place. We’re not a start-up. Not anymore. But we’ve not been around that long either. What we are is a collection of bright, passionate minds harnessing complexities and helping our clients and their communities. One culture, made of many. Heading in one direction – the future.
It’s all about you.
We want you to feel welcome, valued, and respected - because it’s your individuality and passion that make you Q . We see that, and we celebrate it. That’s why we’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, continuously improving to ensure everyone belongs. Our recruitment process is designed to be inclusive and accessible. If you need any reasonable adjustments or accommodations, please let our Talent Acquisition Team know - we’re happy to assist.
No matter your race, beliefs, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, neurodiversity, or abilities—whoever you are—if you're a passionate, curious, and caring human eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible, we want to hear from you.
