Rezi

Best for: Technical professionals prioritizing measurable ATS pass rates over design aesthetics

Pros:
+ Provides a numerical ATS score (1-100) based on keyword density and format compliance
+ Specifically tested and compatible with Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever ATS systems
+ AI bullet writer prompts for specific metrics and team sizes to avoid generic phrasing

Cons:
- Templates are deliberately plain with limited formatting flexibility
- Free tier is restrictive, offering only 1 resume and excluding AI features
