Strategy & Operations Associate

About the Role
Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into truly AI-native organizations. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate
Ops is the thread that runs through everything at Taktile. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are professionalizing how the company operates, so we can grow fast without losing focus or quality. That's where you come in.
As our Strategy & Operations Associate , you will sit at the center of the company's growth story. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who wants to learn company-building from the inside, move fast, and see their impact on the business within days. You will become part of the company's highest-leverage projects, surrounded by people who expect excellence and care about building something that lasts.

What you will do

• You come in wherever needed to help us move fast - one week this could mean helping with all hands messaging, FDE hiring and introducing new AI-enabled processes, the other week this could mean working on pricing strategy, creating competition battle cards or establishing new partnerships

• Know the org inside out: understand how we work, prioritize, and measure success - and proactively improve our ops by partnering with teams across the whole company - e.g., Strategy & Operations, GTM, Product, and G&A

• Help shape and evolve our long-term operating model, acting as a force multiplier across the leadership team - owning key operating cadences & cross-functional alignments

Your Profile

• You are hungry to build and get energy from moving fast

• You move fluidly between big-picture strategy and the operational detail that makes it real

• You like to get your hands dirty — you solve problems hands-on, not just in a slide deck

• You're a structured thinker — you take messy, complex problems and turn them into a clear plan others rally behind

• You're AI-native — you reach for AI tools instinctively to move faster and think sharper

• You're a clear, concise communicator with high ownership — people trust you to run with things and deliver

• 1-2 of experience in strategy, consulting, or a fast-scaling startup

What We Offer

• Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here.

• Make an impact and meaningfully shape an early-stage company.

• Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo.

• Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe.

• Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package.

• Get access to a self-development budget you can use to e.g. attend conferences, buy books or take classes.

• Use the equipment of your choice including meaningful home office set-up.

Our Stance

• We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply.

• We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears.
