• Design and produce instructional materials, incorporating animations, graphics, audio, video, and other multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), graphic design software, and video editing platforms to create polished, user-friendly training content.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials and processes.
• Explore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies to elevate training effectiveness.
• Organize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and updates with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly through exceptional visual design and written content.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in eLearning development or a related field.
• Proven experience creating professional eLearning content, preferably for software products, using rapid development tools (strong preference for Articulate Storyline).
• Proficiency in basic video editing for educational purposes (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools).
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning new skills and technologies.
• Commitment to upholding BeyondTrust’s core values.
Nice To Have
• Visual design experience (e.g., graphic design or UI/UX principles).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or content integration.
• Simulation development expertise.
• Proficiency in producing AI-generated voiceovers.
• Technical training experience, particularly for software solutions.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, Premiere).
