On-Site: Grafenwohr, Germany – ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance required
Reports to: Echo
Direct reports: None. Delta’s provide performance feedback on other engineers and participate in company peer mentorship program.

You are the technical leader for your hub’s implementations. You own architecture, secure code delivery, team mentorship, and forward-looking research to ensure every solution is innovative, scalable, and mission-ready. You architect solutions, lead delivery on projects, mentor builders, and stay ahead of trends, combining deep technical expertise with leadership, to multiply mission impact.
