Job Description:
About Us
Nylon is rebuilding how professional advice gets made. Not built for accountants and lawyers — built with them.
We work alongside firms that cannot afford to be wrong. They expect precision, speed and an answer they can put their name to, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our platform turns tax and accounting research that used to take hours into minutes, and powers the end-to-end workflow around it.
We are firmly established in the UK, working with tax and accounting firms across the country, with clients across professional services in Australia and New Zealand and partnerships with the professional bodies our prospects already belong to. We are now opening the United States.
Joining Nylon means three things.
• We move first: high agency over waiting for permission, outcomes over intentions.
• We hold the bar: direct, ego-free feedback and standards that do not slip when it is busy.
• We learn out loud: what you work out on the phone today, the whole team uses tomorrow.
Small team. Real ownership. No passengers.
If you are driven by pace, mastery, and being early to something that is about to get very big — this is the place.
What You'll Do
• Own the phone. Cold call decision-makers at professional services firms and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
• Open a new market. Work a UK-led patch that now includes early-stage outreach into the US — all inside a normal Brighton working day.
• Run a tight rhythm. Call blocks, follow-ups and clean pipeline hygiene, executed the same way every day.
• Learn the product properly. Our products are new and genuinely complex; knowing how firms actually get value from them is the job, not a nice-to-have.
• Sharpen the message. Learn our ICP and messaging fast, then make both better through iteration and feedback.
• Research like an analyst. Use trusted sources to understand prospects, personalise outreach and lift conversion.
• Feed the machine. Share what you hear on calls so we can tighten targeting and positioning.
What You Bring
• Extreme motivation to master selling. You want to be the best in the world at this, and you are prepared for what that takes.
• High agency. You find the way through rather than waiting to be told.
• A strong verbal game. Clear, concise, human — and comfortable being the first voice a partner hears that week.
• Resilience. No does not slow you down.
• Pace. We move fast, so you learn and adapt fast.
• Coachability. You take direct feedback and apply it the same day.
Your academic background is not essential. What you can demonstrate is.
What's In It For You
• Warm ground to work from. An established UK client base and professional body partnerships that put our name in front of your prospects before you call them.
• A market to open, not just a patch to work. You will help build something from nothing rather than maintaining what is already there.
• Front-row seat to the AI shift in professional services. You will be selling the change, not reading about it.
• World-class training. Structured onboarding and ongoing coaching on our own AI systems and modern B2B SaaS sales methods.
• Commission earned on qualified meetings attended.
• Peer recognition scheme and corporate discounts.
• An in-person environment. A Brighton office built for people who want to be in the room.
Nylon is an equal opportunity employer
Great teams are built on a range of thought and experience. We welcome people of all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
Work Location: Brighton, occasionally London
