Bazeta (bazeta.com) — Advertising Terms. Version 1.0.

These terms govern the purchase and display of direct advertising on Bazeta — banner placements, sponsored listings, sidebar placements, EXPO sponsorships and custom campaigns ("Ads") — ordered through the Advertise form, the on-site advertising assistant, our Telegram bot or by email. They supplement the Terms of Service, Posting Rules and Refund Policy. They do not apply to listing boosts (see Terms of Service) or to third-party network advertising (Adsterra, AdMob), which is governed by those networks' terms.

Targeting options: country, city, category, interface language. Impressions are shared between all Ads booked for the same placement and target in rotation; we do not sell exclusivity unless agreed in writing. Ads are not shown to Pro and Business subscribers, who see no advertising.

2. Ordering

2.1. An order specifies placement, targeting, dates, budget and creative. Orders placed through the assistant or Telegram bot are summarised and must be confirmed by you before checkout. Orders become binding when payment is received (website checkout via our merchant of record, Polar) or, for custom campaigns, when we confirm in writing.

2.2. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and in the order summary. Taxes are added where applicable. Discounts for longer bookings or multiple placements may be offered in the order flow.

2.3. Availability is first come, first served. If a placement is sold out for the requested dates we propose alternatives or refund.

3. Creatives

3.1. You provide the creative (image in the required size, headline, text, destination URL) or ask the assistant to generate a draft, which you must approve. Creatives must be delivered at least 2 business days before the start date.

3.2. Creatives are reviewed before going live (usually within 24 hours on business days). We may reject a creative that:

breaches the Posting Rules or the law of the targeted country (including alcohol, tobacco, gambling, medicine, weapons and adult restrictions, and financial-promotion rules);

is misleading, contains unverifiable claims, fake urgency, "click here" bait, imitates system messages, or uses Bazeta's look to appear as platform content;

promotes a competing classifieds service, or collects users' personal data under false pretences;

contains flashing or auto-playing sound, malware, cloaked URLs or redirects to content different from the approved landing page;

targets minors or uses discriminatory content;

has poor quality (illegible text, distorted images).

3.3. Landing pages must be live, secure (https), match the creative and not open pop-ups. We may spot-check landing pages during the campaign and pause Ads whose landing page has changed.

3.4. Every Ad is labelled "Sponsored" or "Ad". Political, religious and issue advertising is not accepted. Advertising of financial products, medical services, dating services and real-estate developments may require proof of licence or registration.

3.5. You grant Bazeta a licence to display, resize and cache the creative for the campaign and to show anonymised examples in our advertiser materials. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all elements of the creative.

4. Delivery and reporting

4.1. We use reasonable efforts to display the Ad for the booked period across the booked targeting. Impressions and clicks are counted by our servers and shown in your advertiser dashboard; our counts are authoritative unless demonstrably wrong.

4.2. Because inventory depends on traffic, we do not guarantee a number of impressions or clicks unless a custom campaign explicitly states a guaranteed volume. Where a guaranteed volume is not reached, we extend the campaign until it is reached or refund the shortfall pro rata.

4.3. Interruptions of more than 24 consecutive hours are compensated by extending the campaign for the lost time or by pro-rata refund.

5. Changes and cancellation

5.1. You may change the creative or landing page during the campaign; changes are reviewed as in section 3.

5.2. Cancellation before creative approval and start: full refund. After start: refund only for undelivered days where non-delivery is attributable to us (see Refund Policy).

5.3. We may pause or end an Ad immediately where the creative or landing page becomes non-compliant, where the advertiser's account breaches our Terms, or where required by law. If the breach is not cured within 7 days we cancel the order and refund only the days not yet run and not affected by the breach.

6. Advertiser obligations

Comply with advertising, consumer-protection, data-protection and sector-specific laws of every targeted country, including labelling requirements (e.g. health warnings, licence numbers, APR for credit).

Do not place tracking pixels or scripts in creatives; only the destination URL may carry your tracking parameters.

Do not collect personal data from users through the Ad without a lawful basis and privacy notice.

Indemnify Bazeta against claims arising from the Ad, the landing page or the advertised product or service.

7. Agencies

Agencies may order on behalf of clients and warrant that they are authorised to do so and that the client accepts these terms. Invoices are issued to the paying party.

8. Liability

Bazeta is not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or the performance of the advertised business. Our total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount paid for it.

9. Owner notification and contact

Orders and creatives are reviewed by our team; you will receive email confirmation at each step. Contact for advertising matters: [email protected] (subject "Advertising").

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of the order applies to that order.
