At Mitek, the Future of Work is about flexibility and preference wherever and whenever we are working. Because we care about our candidates, employees and customers, we include an in-person meeting as part of our hiring process. It’s one of the ways we live our mission to “ Protect What’s Real.”
At Mitek, we believe that teams are more resilient, effective, and innovative when they benefit from a wide range of ideas, lived experiences, and perspectives. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Team Lead to provide day-to-day technical direction to a full stack engineering team while remaining close to the code.
This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who can turn product priorities into practical technical plans, guide sound architecture decisions, and help engineers deliver reliable software with confidence.
You will work across front-end, back-end, cloud, and infrastructure components, balancing immediate delivery needs with the long-term quality, security, maintainability, and scalability of the platform.
