About Adcities
Adcities is redefining outdoor advertising by bringing digital-level targeting, measurement and attribution to the physical world.
Our platform leverages real-world signals, mobility data and contextual intelligence to deliver scalable, measurable OOH campaigns across global markets.
We partner with leading publishers and brands such as L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, Telefónica, to unlock the full potential of real-world media through technology.
We are present in the US, LATAM and now accelerating our international expansion in EMEA.
The role
As the ad operations manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing Adcities' advertising campaigns, implementing our ad manager platform utilities, and supervising campaign performance KPIs. Based in Paris, you will serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, clients, and creative teams once a deal is closed, ensuring a seamless customer journey from technical onboarding to final reconciliation.
This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of account management and technical operations.
Tasks
What you will do
• Campaign planning: lead the planning and execution of campaigns focusing on our contextual targeting capabilities.
• Demand-side relations: act as the direct interlocutor for agencies and clients to implement campaigns closed by the sales team.
• Supply-side operations: coordinate and manage relationships with media owners (OOH specialists, retail supports, etc.) to ensure correct campaign execution and inventory availability.
• Document management: oversee key documentation for campaign coordination, including budgets, purchase orders (POs), technical specifications, and final creative assets.
• End-to-end monitoring: control the full lifecycle of the campaign, ensuring correct data reconciliation for billing and payment management upon completion.
• Analysis & reporting: support the sales team in presenting post-campaign reports, analyzing results, and verifying the fulfillment of established KPIs.
• Tech stack management: efficiently manage our operations tools holded (Financial ERP), Adcities ad manager (proprietary technology), and Jira (project management).
• International communication: maintain constant interaction with our global engineering and product teams to ensure technical alignment across time zones.
• Operational efficiency: proactively seek process automation and alternative solutions to improve workflow autonomy.
Requirements
What we are looking for
• 3+ years of experience in ad operations, account management, or technical campaign management within digital media or AdTech.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, contextual, measurement) and OOH/DOOH market dynamics.
• Technical proficiency: experience managing technical integrations and working alongside engineering or product teams.
• Analytical mindset: excellent analytical skills, comfortable with performance data and reporting.
• Communication: fluent in French and English. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Soft skills: highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
A plus
• Prior exposure to OOH or DOOH advertising
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• Familiarity with the French OOH/DOOH media landscape and key local publishers
• Existing network within the French media agencies or brands
Benefits
Why join Adcities
• Join a fast-growing Adtech startup at an early stage of its French expansion, with real opportunities to grow as the team scales
• Work at the intersection of outdoor, data and AI as the category is being redefined
• Work closely with experienced founders and a senior leadership team with a strong track record of building successful ventures
• A competitive package
• A company culture that is ambitious, transparent and genuinely international
