Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

scaile - AI Visibility for Enterprise - is the GEO execution layer. We research, write, publish, and continuously optimize the content that gets your brand found and cited in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity. Supported by TUM Venture Labs, NCA VC and in research partnership with TUM, we’re already live with clients like Unicredit, Axel Springer, Beurer, Lyceum Technologies and 50 further companies.

We just entered a fast growth phase and are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a backend focus to help scale the systems powering our Content Engine. You’ll own architecture end-to-end and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team in Munich.

Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs

• Contribute across the stack, including frontend, as needed

• Setup autonomous high throughput workflows

• Ship fast, iterate with the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with languages like Python or Node.js/Typescript

• Low ego, high ownership - you care more about getting it right than being right

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field

• Experience in deploying applications using containerization and orchestration tools (such as Docker)

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (min. C1), German is a plus

• You have a valid work permit to work in Germany
