SetSmart

Best for: Coaches, consultants, and agencies selling through calls who need AI lead qualification

Pros:
+ GPT-powered AI handles natural conversations where prospects are often unaware they are talking to AI
+ In-chat call booking checks real calendar availability and books directly in DMs without external links like Calendly
+ Smart follow-ups automatically send two messages at ~4h and ~23h if prospects go silent
+ Supports voice notes, allowing the AI to send and understand voice messages

Cons:
- Starts at $99/month, which is higher than entry-level competitors
- Not a chatbot builder; lacks button-based flow creation
- Not a growth tool; focuses strictly on lead qualification and booking
