Shops are online storefronts inside Bazeta: products with variants and stock, a cart, checkout with shipping and payment methods, order tracking and reviews. Anyone — a private maker or a company — can open one.

Buying from a shop

  1. Browse shops: featured shops, categories, new products and deals, or search across all products.
  2. A product page shows photos, price and old price, variants (size, colour…), stock, shipping methods, the seller's card with rating and reviews.
  3. Buy now or Add to cart. A cart holds products from one shop at a time.
  4. At checkout enter the delivery address (map pin), choose a shipping method and a payment method offered by the seller — cash on delivery, card on delivery or the seller's own payment link — and confirm. Guests can order with e-mail and phone; sign in to keep your history.

Shop products also appear in the classifieds search when the seller mirrors them as listings.

Your order

The order page shows the timeline: placed → confirmed → shipped (with tracking number and carrier link) → delivered → completed. Chat with the seller from the order page. If something is wrong — a wrong or damaged item, no delivery — press Open a dispute: the order is marked disputed and our team mediates. Rate the product and the seller after delivery.

Payment goes directly to the seller by the method chosen; Bazeta does not hold it in this version. Consumer rights (returns, warranty) apply between you and the seller according to the seller's country and the shop's published policies.

Opening a shop

Go to open a shop: name, address (https://bazeta.com/fy/shop/your-slug), description, logo and cover, country and city, return and shipping policies, accepted payment methods and, optionally, a link to your business page.

Managing a shop

The console at Manage covers:

  • Products — title, category, description, price and compare price, SKU, stock (or unlimited), variants with price differences and stock per variant, up to 20 photos, category attributes, shipping methods with prices and delivery days, status. The free plan allows 20 active products.
  • Orders — confirm, add tracking and mark as shipped, complete, cancel or refund; buyers are notified at every step.
  • Coupons — percentage or fixed discounts with limits and expiry.
  • Import — bulk import from a CSV or JSON feed URL (columns: title, description, price, currency, sku, stock, image_urls, category); re-run whenever your catalogue changes.
  • Mirror to classifieds — one toggle per product creates a linked listing in the classifieds for extra reach.
  • Statistics — views, orders, revenue, conversion.

Plans

  • Free — 20 products, orders, coupons.
  • Shop — 500 products, feed import, statistics.
  • Shop Plus — unlimited products and priority placement in the marketplace home.

Rules for sellers

Only goods you are allowed to sell, described honestly, with real photos and clear prices including tax where required. Ship within the stated time, answer messages, and honour your published return policy and the consumer law of your country. Business sellers must identify themselves. Counterfeits, prohibited items and misleading listings lead to removal of the shop.
