Bazeta Taxi connects riders with independent drivers in your city. You order in the browser or app, see the fare before you confirm, follow the car on the map and pay the driver directly.

Ordering a ride

  1. Open taxi. The pickup pin is placed at your location (allow geolocation) or the city centre — drag it to the exact spot or type an address.
  2. Enter the destination by search or by tapping the map. The route and distance appear.
  3. Choose a class: Economy, Comfort, XL (up to 6 seats) or Moto where available. Each card shows the estimated fare and arrival time.
  4. Pick the payment method — cash or card on delivery (the driver's terminal) — and add a note for the driver (entrance, luggage, child seat).
  5. Press Order. You can also schedule a ride for later; we start looking for a driver 15 minutes before.

You need to be signed in; a short human check protects drivers from fake orders.

Fares

The fare is calculated from the tariff of your city: base fare + price per kilometre + price per minute, with a minimum fare, a class multiplier and, in busy periods, a surge factor shown before you order. The estimate uses the planned route; the final fare uses the actual distance and time, so it can differ slightly. Tolls or parking are paid separately if they occur.

Finding a driver

After you order, nearby online drivers receive the offer one after another. Usually a driver accepts within a minute; you see their name, photo, vehicle, colour, plate and rating. If no driver is available within about two minutes, the ride is marked no driver — try again, another class or a later time.

During the ride

The ride page shows the driver's live position, ETA, a phone button and a chat. Share trip creates a link your friends can open to follow the car in real time. The status moves from accepted → arriving → in ride → completed.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge within two minutes of ordering or before the driver has started driving to you. Later cancellations may be charged a small fee defined by the city tariff; repeated last-minute cancellations lower your reliability rating. Drivers can cancel too (for example if you cannot be reached) — you will be notified and can order again.

Payment and receipt

Pay the driver at the end of the ride by the method you chose. Bazeta does not collect the money for rides in this version; the receipt on the ride page shows the fare breakdown for your records. The driver pays Bazeta a service fee from their balance.

Rating and problems

After the ride, rate the driver from 1 to 5 and leave a comment. Low ratings and reports are reviewed; drivers with poor ratings are suspended. Lost something in the car? Safety

  • Check the plate and the driver's name before getting in.
  • Share the trip link with a friend, especially at night.
  • Sit in the back, wear the seat belt, and keep your valuables with you.
  • The SOS button on the ride page shows the emergency number of your country.
