EXPO is Bazeta's virtual trade fair: thematic exhibitions with a visual hall where companies buy booths and visitors walk from booth to booth, chat with managers, book appointments and leave requests.
How exhibitions are scheduled
New exhibitions are created automatically about 45 days ahead: one global online exhibition per theme (real estate, vehicles, electronics, services, jobs…) every month, plus city exhibitions for the largest cities every quarter. Each exhibition has a landing page with dates, a countdown, the theme, the list of exhibitors and the hall map. Browse them at exhibitions.
Exhibitions move through stages: upcoming (booth sales open) → live (visitors can enter the hall) → ended (pages stay online for a while) → archived.
Visiting
Open a live exhibition and press Enter the hall. The hall is a grid map; every booth shows the company's logo. Click a booth to open it: cover, tagline, description, product gallery (the company's listings), a video, a brochure, the Chat with manager button, Book appointment when the company has online booking, and a lead form. Visits are counted and shown to exhibitors.
Buying a booth
- Sign in and open the hall map of an upcoming or live exhibition. Free booths are marked; sizes are S (1×1), M (2×1) and L (2×2), with prices shown on the landing page.
- Click a free booth → Buy. Choose the business page the booth belongs to (or create one).
- The booth is reserved for 15 minutes while you pay through checkout (Polar; see Payments). If payment does not arrive, the booth is released.
- After payment the booth is yours until the exhibition ends and the editor opens.
Prices depend on the size and the exhibition; the pricing page lists current rates. The EXPO exhibitor terms apply.
Filling your booth
The editor offers three templates:
- Showcase — big cover, tagline, description, gallery and a call to action. Good for brands and services.
- Catalog — a product grid built from your listings, with prices. Good for shops and dealers.
- Video stage — a YouTube or Vimeo video front and centre, with the description below.
For every template you can upload a logo, a cover and a gallery, write a tagline and description (visitors see it translated on demand), select listings to show, add a video ID, a brochure image and a CTA link. Changes are live immediately; use Preview to check the visitor view.
Your booths are listed in My account → EXPO.
Leads and chat
Visitors can leave their name, e-mail, phone and a message through the lead form; you receive an e-mail and see all leads in the booth editor. Chat with manager opens a normal Bazeta conversation with the business owner and managers. Appointments go through the business booking system.
Good practice
- Upload a real cover in landscape format; the hall thumbnail is generated from your logo.
- Pick 6–12 of your best listings; visitors rarely scroll further.
- Put a clear offer in the tagline ("−15 % for EXPO visitors until…").
- Answer chats during the exhibition hours; unanswered visitors leave.
- Share the booth link on your social networks — booth pages are public and indexed.
Refunds and cancellations
A booth can be refunded until the exhibition opens (minus payment fees). Once the exhibition is live, purchases are final. If an exhibition is cancelled by Bazeta, all booths are refunded in full. Details: Refund Policy.
