Agency page
Create your agency page or confirm the one already in our directory. It is free and takes about a minute.
Free XML feed upload for real estate agencies
Connect the XML feed you already send to portals — Yandex.Realty, CIAN, Avito, Kyero or Trovit. Your listings appear on Bazeta, the site works in 238 languages, and the feed is re-read every hour. Up to 300 listings free.
Your agency may already be in our directory — open its page and press “Claim this page” to confirm it.
How it works
Check the feed
In the dashboard open “Listings feed”, paste the feed address and press “Check”: you see how many listings we found and how we read them, before anything is published.
Connect
Listings appear within minutes. Every hour we pick up new and changed listings and take down the ones that left the feed.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Up to 300 listings from one feed cost nothing and have no time limit. The Business plan raises the limit to 5,000 listings.
How often is the feed updated?
Every hour. New listings appear, changed ones are updated, and listings that disappeared from the feed are taken down from Bazeta.
Our feed is in another format
Send the feed address to [email protected]. Yandex.Realty, CIAN, Avito, Kyero and Trovit work today; we add the formats agencies ask for.
Can we post without a feed?
Yes. Any listing can be posted by hand in a couple of minutes, with photos and a map, and attached to your agency page.
Where do buyers' messages go?
To your agency: visitors see the phone number from the feed or from your agency page, and messages arrive in your Bazeta inbox.
A few properties, no feed?
Post them by hand — it is free and takes a couple of minutes.
