We use official sale registers, statistics offices, valuation committees and central banks in 19 countries: among them HM Land Registry and the UK House Price Index, France's DVF, Spain's housing ministry, Statistics Austria, Statistics Portugal, Statbel, BORIS.NRW, Luxembourg's Housing Observatory, Statistics Netherlands, the Nordic statistics offices, the U.S. Census Bureau, Singapore's HDB and Taiwan's actual price registration. For each city we know the median or average price, by type of home and per m² where the source publishes it.
