In this remote role, you will be on the frontlines of our business development efforts—building pipeline, engaging targeted prospects, conducting strategic lead qualification, and establishing long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Pipeline Generation & Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies—including cold calling, targeted cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging—to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

• Account Mapping & Prospect Research: Conduct deep industry research to identify high-value target accounts, key decision-makers, and industry trends.

• Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound/outbound prospects by evaluating their pain points, goals, budget, and business environment.

• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate the core value of our products and services to prospective corporate buyers.

• CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and sales stages in Salesforce.com.

• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with leadership and clients to refine sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and target audience mapping.

• Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), booked meeting quotas, and revenue targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional follow-up and rapport-building to ensure high prospect satisfaction and seamless sales hand-offs.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on B2B sales, outbound SDR, or lead generation experience.

• Communication Skills: Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong conversational confidence.

• Tech Setup & Workstation: A dedicated quiet home office setup, a high-performance laptop/desktop, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred).
