A business page on Bazeta is your company's profile: description, services with prices, opening hours, map, gallery, reviews, online appointment booking and a chat with your managers. Creating one is free.

Creating a page

Go to create a business while signed in. You need a name, a category, the city and address, and a description. Add a logo, a cover photo, phone, e-mail and website. The page gets an address like https://bazeta.com/ceb/b/your-slug.

If your business already appears in the directory (many profiles are pre-filled from OpenStreetMap data), open it and press This is my business. We verify ownership by an e-mail on the company's domain or a code, and the profile becomes yours to edit.

The owner console

Open Manage on your page to:

  • Edit the profile — description, category, address with a map pin, contacts, opening hours (weekly editor, breaks and closed days), gallery.
  • Services — name, duration, price and description; each service gets a Book button.
  • Managers — add colleagues by e-mail; managers answer chats and handle appointments but cannot delete the page.
  • Booking settings — enable online booking, set the slot step, buffer between appointments and how far ahead customers can book.
  • Appointments — confirm, reschedule, cancel or mark as done; customers are notified by e-mail and push.
  • Statistics — views, phone reveals, chats, bookings.
  • Listings — every listing posted from the business account shows on the page and carries a company badge.

Online booking

When booking is enabled, customers choose a service, a day within the next 14 days and a free slot calculated from your opening hours, existing appointments, service duration and buffer. The appointment starts as pending; both sides get an e-mail, and you confirm it from the console or the e-mail. Reminders go out 24 hours before. Customers can cancel or reschedule from My account → Appointments.

No-shows can be marked as such; repeated no-shows are visible to you in the customer's history.

Reviews and rating

Signed-in customers can leave one review per business with a 1–5 rating and text. You can reply publicly. Reviews with abusive language are hidden automatically for moderation. The average rating and number of reviews drive the Top rated pages, which are editorial and cannot be bought.

Chat with customers

Customers press Message on your page; the conversation reaches the owner and all managers. Reply from Messages in the header. Unanswered messages trigger an e-mail after 30 minutes.

Business plan

The free page includes everything above. The Business plan adds a verified badge, unlimited services, manager seats, more photos per listing, advanced statistics and removes advertising. Buy it from the plan card in the console; see Payments.

Food delivery, shops and EXPO

  • Restaurants and cafés can enable food delivery from the Kitchen console: menu, delivery radius and fees, incoming orders — see Food delivery.
  • Any business can open a shop with products, stock and orders — see Shops.
  • Companies exhibit at EXPO by buying a booth linked to the business page — see EXPO.

Business sellers must comply with consumer-protection law: identify the company, provide contact details, honour warranty and withdrawal rights where they apply. In the EU this includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales and the Digital Services Act trader-information duties. The Terms of Service list your obligations; you are responsible for your own compliance.

Tips for a page that converts

  • A real cover photo and logo, not stock images.
  • Complete opening hours — Open now is a filter customers use.
  • At least three services with prices; "from" prices are fine.
  • Reply to reviews, including negative ones, politely and quickly.
  • Post your offers as listings from the business account; they appear both in the classifieds and on your page.
