About Letly
Letly is the AI-Native operating company built for the home. We believe the home should be autonomously run and we're building the software that will run all rental properties end-to-end.
Our customers rarely arrive asking for a named product; they arrive with a problem — an agent they've had enough of, a property they can't get to, a tenancy they don't want to run. Our BD team works out which of our services solves it. Valuations, viewings, photography and key handovers sit with operations, so BDs focus on conversations, offers and closes.
We've raised a $4m pre-seed and are a small, high-agency, engineering-oriented team, growing revenue at >100% month-over-month. We're hiring to facilitate this aggressive growth.

How we sell
We sell outcomes not products. The BD team focuses on the customer, the problem, and the pain and routes it to the product that delivers the solution — priced properly. We’re honest about the trade, costs and what we’re responsible for — honesty is what drives customers back when competitors sell dreams. We’re clear and direct with our customers about our products.
Our pricing is based on evidence, not gut feel, and we share this evidence with our customers openly. AI is a fundamental part of how we operate — from valuation and pricing, to research and prep, to coordination and booking. We understand and fully utilise AI, but a human always sells.

What we're looking for

• Experience.

• BDC: ~1-2 years as a higher performer in a fast-paced selling role.

• BDM: ~2+ years closing your own deals at high performance.

• Lettings or BTR instruction-winning (ideal) or estate agency or another consultative, high-volume sales background.

• Deep understanding of the lettings market and the regulation around it, including what the Renters' Rights Act 2025 has changed.

• Grit and a desire to win. You make the last call of the day sound like the first, and a bad week makes you dial more, not less.

Nice to have

• First Class or high 2:1 (or equiv.) in a relevant (ideally quantitative) subject.

• Developer or portfolio landlord experience or relationships in London.

How you work

• Hyper-focus on detail. We’re asking customers to let us manage their most valuable asset; we have low tolerance for "mostly right".

• First-principles reasoning. You take a hard problem apart rather than reaching for the nearest familiar pattern.

• Communication clarity. You can explain a complex product simply to customers of all ages, languages, and demographics.

• Ownership mentality. You own the outcome, not the task; from start to end, without being chased.

• Collaborative. Teams change the world, not individuals. You make the next player better and faster.

• Adaptability. You do well in a fast-moving environment where requirements shift under you.

• Learning velocity. You pick up new paradigms quickly and don't need long to get productive in unfamiliar territory.

• Quality-obsessed. You care about high quality work — not just with the customer, but in everything you do.

Benefits
On top of base salary, equity and bonus, you're also entitled to:

• Private health insurance

• Paid gym membership

• Three meals a day , in office

• Ubers home on late nights

• Sponsored professional qualifications and accreditation

Compensation: £42K – £118K • Multiple Ranges

• BDC • On Target Earning £42K – £59K
