Initiative Application

Certa is the AI-first third-party operating system. Enterprises, from the Fortune 500 to fast-growing startups, use our no-code platform to onboard, assess, and monitor their vendors, suppliers, and partners across risk, compliance, and ESG. We have processed over 10 million entities for 100,000+ users across 120+ countries, and are backed by Fin Capital, Vertex Ventures, and Point72 Ventures.
Don't see a role that fits? Apply here anyway. We grow fast, and new openings appear all the time - often before they're posted. If you're excited about Certa and believe you can make an impact, this is your front door. Tell us what you're great at and where you think you'd add value, and the right team will reach out when there's a match.

What You'll Do

• Tell us your story: Share what you do best, the kind of work that energizes you, and the problems you want to solve - in your own words, not a generic cover letter.

• Point us to the fit: Let us know which teams or types of roles interest you (engineering, product, customer, go-to-market, operations, or something else) so we can route your application to the right people.

• Show your impact: Highlight the work you're proudest of - a project you shipped, a problem you cracked, a function you built - and the difference it made.

What You'll Need

• A clear strength: A track record of doing excellent work in your field, whatever that field is.

• Ownership & curiosity: You take initiative, dig into how things actually work, and act on problems before they escalate - exactly the kind of person who applies before a role is even posted.

• Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built.

• A collaborative, remote-ready approach: Strong communication and the ability to work effectively with a distributed, global team.

Why Certa

• Category leadership. Certa was named a Leader in the inaugural 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Third-Party Risk Management Tools - recognition that we're defining the category, not following it.

• Industry recognition. We've been honored across the analyst and awards landscape, including Top Tech and Customer Value distinctions in The Hackett Group's 2026 Risk Management SolutionMap, the ProcureTech100 (Advanced AI and Risk Management categories), and Best Overall eProcurement Software in the FinTech Breakthrough Awards.

• A top place to work. Certa was named one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers in the US - a list of the top 500 startups to work for.

• Real scale. We've processed over 10 million entities for 100,000+ users across 120+ countries.

• Strong backing. We're well-funded by leading investors including Fin Capital, Vertex Ventures, and Point72 Ventures, on the back of an oversubscribed Series B.

• AI-first, builder culture. We use AI to eliminate the manual work that has slowed risk, compliance, and procurement teams for decades — and we back the people who build.

• Ownership and impact. We're a fast-growing company where you'll wear many hats, ship quickly, and shape decisions that matter.

We're excited to meet you!
