• Take the lead on complex projects involving multiple teams from BlaBlaCar in different pillars and external actors.
• Cultivate a continuous learning mindset, testing and experimenting new patterns, contributing to elevate the train team engineering standards.
• Actively leverage AI tools in your daily workflows, explore innovative AI-driven engineering practices, to improve productivity and code quality.
Your qualifications

• You are fluent in Java and knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, JUnit and Mockito.
• You have hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring solutions.
• You know what a service oriented architecture looks like, and you can determine when to apply a given architectural pattern.
• You understand when and how to do a tradeoff between fast iterations and delivery quality.
• You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you are a team player.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have : you have strong knowledge of train distribution or of a similar environment with the same technical challenges.
