<p><strong>Bazeta</strong> (bazeta.com) — EXPO Exhibitor Terms. Version 1.0.</p> <p>These terms apply to companies and individuals ("Exhibitors", "you") who buy or use a booth at a virtual exhibition ("EXPO") organised by Bazeta on the Service. They supplement our <a href="/legal/terms" rel="noopener noreferrer">Terms of Service</a>, <a href="/legal/rules" rel="noopener noreferrer">Posting Rules</a>, <a href="/legal/advertising_terms" rel="noopener noreferrer">Advertising Terms</a> and <a href="/legal/refunds" rel="noopener noreferrer">Refund Policy</a>. In case of conflict, these EXPO terms prevail for EXPO matters.</p> <h2 id="1-what-an-expo-is">1. What an EXPO is</h2> <p>1.1. An EXPO is a time-limited virtual exhibition dedicated to a theme (a category such as real estate, vehicles, jobs, home &amp; garden) and either global/online or linked to a city. Each EXPO has a hall map with numbered booths of three sizes: <strong>S</strong> (1×1), <strong>M</strong> (2×1) and <strong>L</strong> (2×2).</p> <p>1.2. A booth is a page inside the EXPO, filled by the Exhibitor from a template (Showcase, Catalog or Video stage) with logo, cover, tagline, description, gallery, linked listings, video, brochure, call-to-action, lead form, manager chat and, for businesses with booking enabled, an appointment link. The booth is visible on the hall map and in EXPO navigation from the opening until the closing of the EXPO, and remains accessible in the EXPO archive for at least 90 days after closing (without chat and lead form).</p> <p>1.3. Bazeta provides the platform and promotion of the EXPO as a whole. We do not guarantee any number of visitors, leads, contacts or sales.</p> <h2 id="2-eligibility-and-booking">2. Eligibility and booking</h2> <p>2.1. Booths can be bought by registered users with a verified email. Booths of size M and L, and the Video stage template, require a Business cabinet (company page) on Bazeta. Sizes and templates available for each booth are shown at purchase.</p> <p>2.2. Booth selection: you choose a free booth on the hall map. The booth is reserved for 20 minutes while you complete checkout; if payment is not completed the reservation is released. Payment confirms the purchase and assigns the booth number to your account and, where applicable, to your business.</p> <p>2.3. Prices are shown per booth size for the whole EXPO, excluding taxes where applicable. Front-row booths may carry a surcharge shown on the map. Payment is processed by our merchant of record (Polar) on the website; booths cannot be bought in the mobile apps.</p> <p>2.4. One Exhibitor may buy several booths; a business may not represent another business in its booth without our written consent. Reselling or subletting booths is prohibited.</p> <p>2.5. We may refuse or cancel a purchase, with full refund, where the Exhibitor's activity does not match the EXPO theme, breaches our rules or is subject to legal restrictions in the EXPO's country.</p> <h2 id="3-booth-content">3. Booth content</h2> <p>3.1. You are responsible for all booth content. It must comply with the Posting Rules and the laws of the EXPO's country and of your country, be truthful, not infringe third-party rights and be appropriate for a general audience.</p> <p>3.2. Only your own or licensed images, logos and videos. Videos must be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and embedded by ID; we do not host video files. Brochures are single images (JPEG/PNG/WebP).</p> <p>3.3. Linked listings must be active listings of the Exhibitor or its business account. Booth content limits (number of listings, gallery size, video, brochure) depend on booth size and are shown in the editor.</p> <p>3.4. Content may be edited any time before and during the EXPO. Content is moderated; we may hide a booth or parts of its content pending changes and will notify you with the reason. Repeated or serious breaches lead to closure of the booth without refund.</p> <p>3.5. Prohibited in booths in addition to the Posting Rules: raffles and prize draws without the legally required terms, price comparisons with named competitors, unsubstantiated superlatives ("the best in the country") without evidence, medical or financial claims requiring authorisation, content targeting minors.</p> <p>3.6. You grant Bazeta the licence described in the Terms of Service to display booth content and to use your logo and booth name in the EXPO hall map, EXPO announcements, articles, newsletters, social media and press materials promoting the EXPO. Sponsor logos (booth L) are displayed on the EXPO landing page.</p> <h2 id="4-leads-chat-and-data-protection">4. Leads, chat and data protection</h2> <p>4.1. Visitors may contact you through the lead form, the manager chat and, if enabled, the appointment booking. Leads are delivered to your Business cabinet and by email. You are the controller of the personal data you receive and must process it lawfully — only for responding to the enquiry unless the visitor consents to more. Do not add leads to marketing lists without consent and do not share them with third parties.</p> <p>4.2. Chat and lead messages are moderated for spam and abuse. Bulk or automated messaging from booths is prohibited.</p> <p>4.3. Statistics (visits, leads, clicks) are shown in your booth dashboard in aggregated form.</p> <h2 id="5-schedule-changes-and-cancellation-by-bazeta">5. Schedule changes and cancellation by Bazeta</h2> <p>5.1. We may change the EXPO dates by up to 14 days, or its hall size, with at least 7 days' notice; your booth keeps its size and a comparable position. If dates change by more than 14 days you may cancel for a full refund.</p> <p>5.2. We may cancel an EXPO where too few booths are sold or for reasons beyond our control. You will receive a full refund or, at your choice, a booth of equal size in the next EXPO.</p> <p>5.3. Service interruptions of more than 24 consecutive hours during the EXPO entitle you to a pro-rata refund of affected days; shorter interruptions are not compensated.</p> <h2 id="6-cancellation-by-the-exhibitor">6. Cancellation by the Exhibitor</h2> <p>Cancellations follow the <a href="/legal/refunds" rel="noopener noreferrer">Refund Policy</a>: full refund up to 7 days before opening, 50% between 7 days and opening, no refund after opening. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and booth number.</p> <h2 id="7-conduct">7. Conduct</h2> <p>Exhibitors must treat visitors and other exhibitors with respect. Poaching visitors from other booths, misleading visitors about affiliation with Bazeta or the EXPO, or interfering with the platform lead to closure of the booth.</p> <h2 id="8-liability">8. Liability</h2> <p>Bazeta is not liable for the accuracy of booth content, for transactions between Exhibitors and visitors, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to an Exhibitor is limited to the price paid for the booth. Exhibitors indemnify Bazeta against claims arising from their booth content and their dealings with visitors.</p> <h2 id="9-taxes-and-invoices">9. Taxes and invoices</h2> <p>Invoices are issued by our merchant of record and available on your billing page. Provide your company name, address and tax number at checkout for a compliant invoice.</p> <h2 id="10-changes">10. Changes</h2> <p>We may update these terms for future EXPOs; the version in force at the time of purchase applies to that booth.</p> <p>Contact: [email protected]</p>
