Solution Architect

About 2501
2501 builds autonomous AI agents that operate directly in the shell to complete real production tasks - not just synthetic evals. We treat LLMs as pluggable brains, mixing open‑source and flagship models to get the best result. By fusing their output with observability data we surface root causes fast and automate the dull parts of incident response for corporate engineering teams who can’t afford downtime.
We’re a tight‑knit team of DevOps, Platform, and Infra engineers who ship fast, learn constantly, and elevate each other every day.
Why 2501 ?
We use AI to solve real problems in the underlying layers of every IT stack. We build what is the future of IT, ensuring every brick of our clients’ infrastructure is up and running.
We discovered an amazing opportunity to make IT more reliable and modern and we’re building the best way to make it a reality. Our customers and investors are backing this with strong commitment and foresee in our mission the future of IT.
We’re backed by three leading European VC funds, giving us the resources to aim high and take risks. And we’re just getting started!
What you’ll do

• Be the technical lead across pre-sales and post-sales.

• Scope customer environments and design 2501 agent deployments that fit their infrastructure.

• Run POCs and pilots, and integrate with customer infra and observability stacks.

• Be the trusted technical advisor who bridges product and the field.

Who you are

• Strong infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE background.

• Customer-facing - you can architect, demo, and win technical trust.

• You bridge product and field naturally.

• Bilingual French & English speaker and based in or near Paris. (Please don’t apply if you don’t have the right to work in France, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role and language requirements are mandatory)

• MSP, Startup or tech scaleup experience would be a plus

• You fully embrace new ways of coding using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools

Not for you if

• You want pure IC coding with no customer contact.

• You dislike context-switching between deep tech and customer conversations.

Why you’ll enjoy working here

• Fully remote – work from anywhere in the EU; we have a soft preference for the Paris region or somewhere easily reachable, and keep core hours in CET for smooth collaboration.

• Competitive pay & meaningful equity – you own a piece of what you build.

• Small team, big impact – your work ships to users the same day. We’re still small enough that every new hire changes the company; this isn’t a seat maintaining a corner of a big machine. People joining now will help shape the product, the engineering culture, and the way we build agents for enterprise infrastructure.

• Learn from the best – Built by people who’ve done it before. CTO Alex Zhuk ran the Shop Infrastructure Group at Shopify and spent years in platform and infra roles at Klarna and Omio; CEO Alexandre Pereira is on his third company. We only hire exceptional people, people who have built difficult things.

Hiring process

• 30 min Intro with Recruiter

• 60 min System Installation and Debugging Challenge

• 60 min Client Ticket Analysis Challenge

• 30 min Coffee Chat with CEO
