Posting on Bazeta is free. A good listing takes about five minutes and this page shows how to make it rank well, pass moderation and get answers fast.

Before you start

  • You need an account with a confirmed e-mail address.
  • One listing per item or offer. Do not post the same thing in several categories or cities — duplicates are removed automatically.
  • Check the posting rules: some categories are restricted or unavailable in certain countries (weapons, medicines, tobacco, animals from protected species and others).

Step by step

  1. Category — start from the root (Real estate, Vehicles, Jobs, Services…) and pick the most specific sub-category. The category defines which attributes you can fill in and where buyers will find you.
  2. Type — for sale, for rent, wanted, exchange, free, service, job, resume or event, depending on the category.
  3. Title — up to 70 characters. Say what it is, the model or size, and the key selling point: “iPhone 13 128 GB blue, battery 91 %, box and charger” beats “Phone for sale”.
  4. Description — the important facts first: condition, age, reason for selling, what is included, what is not. Plain text only; links and phone numbers in the text are not allowed for new accounts during the first week.
  5. Attributes — rooms and area, make and mileage, employment type and salary, brand and size. Filled attributes appear in filters, so listings with attributes get more views.
  6. Price — set a price in your currency or choose negotiable, free or on request. For rentals and jobs choose the period (per month, per day, per hour, salary).
  7. Location — country and city; optionally drop a pin on the map so the listing appears in radius searches and on the map.
  8. Photos — up to 5 photos (20 with Pro), 8 MB each. Photos are resized in your browser before upload; the first photo is the cover — drag to reorder. Listings with good photos get several times more views.
  9. Contact — allow chat (recommended), show your phone number, or both.
  10. Human check and publish — a short verification protects the site from bots. Then press Publish.

Moderation

Every listing goes through automatic moderation: rules, a badword list, duplicate detection, the country policy and an AI check. Most listings are live within seconds. A listing goes to Under review when something needs a human look (for example links in a fresh account, restricted categories or several reports). You will see the status in My listings and get an e-mail when it changes.

Rejected listings show the reason. Fix it and publish again — or contact us if you think the decision is wrong.

Managing your listings

My account → My listings groups your ads by status: active, under review, expired, drafts.

  • Edit anything at any time; major changes may trigger a new moderation check.
  • Bump moves the listing back to the top of the feed as if it were new (Pro users get free bumps every month).
  • Renew an expired listing with one click — also from the reminder e-mails we send three days before and on the day it expires.
  • Delete removes it permanently.

Listings expire after the period set for the category (30 days for most; longer for real estate and jobs). Expired listings stay visible for 30 more days with an expired banner, then are archived.

Getting more views

  • Fill in every attribute and add at least three photos.
  • Choose a realistic price — our price reports show the median in your city.
  • Answer messages quickly; response time influences ranking.
  • Use boosts: TOP pins the listing above the feed, Highlight colours the card, Urgent adds a badge.
  • Post in the city where the item actually is.

What is not allowed

Illegal goods and services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, stolen goods, personal data of other people, adult content, gambling, pyramid schemes, anything requiring a licence you do not have, and everything else listed in the rules. Misleading prices, fake locations and keyword stuffing are also removed. Repeated violations lead to a ban.

Business sellers

If you sell professionally, create a business page: your listings get a company badge, appear on your page, and you can add services, opening hours and online booking. Consumer-protection laws in many countries require business sellers to identify themselves — the Terms of Service explain your obligations.
