About the Role:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—from marketing to sales to product design—to build dynamic pages, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels.
In this role, you’ll design and develop scalable features that enhance the user journey, integrate feedback loops, monitor key metrics, and ensure the reliability of our acquisition funnel. • Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs with a focus on user experience and performance.
• Contribute to our design system and uphold industry-leading UX standards (e.g., interactions, micro-animations, layout consistency).
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and team productivity.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, delivering quick, high-quality resolutions.
• Write technical documents and maintain internal tools to empower other teams.
• Review and provide feedback on contributions from other engineers.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize for conversion, speed, and reliability across the funnel.
• Critically think about foundational areas of the Vercel application to ensure ease of maintenance and future extensibility.
